Lean Sexy and SORE Legs! Yummmy!

You want LEAN SEXY legs! Well so DO I! Here is my leg workout today! DROP it like a SQUAT baby! Notice the reps are of 15! You cannot get big and bulky on that! What we are doing is creating lean muscle tissue and pushing the fat OFF and AWAY! YOU will be sore, but hey, sore is SEXY!!

Complete each set, rest for 1 min and repeat!

Set #1: 3 sets of 15
Squat
DB Deadlift
DB Weighted Step-Ups

Set #2: 3 sets of 15
Single Prone Leg Curl
DB Weighted Sumo Squat
DB Pendulum Lunges (10x each leg)

Set #3: 3 sets of 15
Cable Glute Kickback
Step Ups (body weight; 15 each leg)
Cable Glute Kickdowns

*One set of 80 reps of weighted lunges*
