Brussel Sprouts- Another way to get in MORE VEGGIES!!

Thank you to Amanda Bable, she provided me with this awesome recipe and of course I had to share! Enjoy!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts! 

1. Boil in water until cooked thoroughly, usually around 10-15 minutes. Then drain water, and toss with a tsp olive oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Pre heat oven to broil. Then place brussel sprouts in a baking dish and broil on high for 5 minutes. You just want the tops to crisp up. 

You can do the same process to make honey balsamic Brussels sprouts. Just substitute Parmesan for a tsp balsamic and a drizzle of honey.
