Go by yourself or grab a buddy and go!!
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, 10 second break to get to next exercise. After one full completion, 30 sec rest- repeat each set 3 times!
Set 1
Step up + DB Shoulder Press
Push up + OBGYN
Reverse lunge + DB tricep kickback
Body Rows (holding bar of smith machine)
Set 2
Leg press + DB chest press
KB swings
Deadlift + db bicep curl (8 each side)
Back row (20 secs)/bicep curl (20 secs)
Cardio: Stair Monster :) 30 mins
