Holy wheat grass shot!!! Perfect end to hot yoga and beginning to SWEAT
Resisted push ups, reverse lunge + front raise, roll outs, oblique twists, clap push ups, curtsy + back row, double swings, deadlifts + upright row= SWEAT!!
