Ok so as you can see from the posting below Kiwi ROCKS to have in your diet!! I made an amazing protein shake to have before I head out to do Bikram Yoga! Make this it's amazing!!!!!
1 kiwi peeled
6 strawberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 cups of kale
Ice
BLEND all together and enjoy!! Tastes amazing!!!!! BOOM!!
