Holy wheat grass shot!!! Perfect end to hot yoga and beginning to SWEAT

Patience!!
A nice reminder to have patience! You didn't get where you are overnight and you can't get to where you want overnight!
M.I.L.F. Megan's Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1/2red and 1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
3 garlic gloves all chopped into little pieces.
Put those into a skillet and brown until tender. Add onion powder, basil, and thyme.
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 can tomato sauce
1egg
Mash together, then add veggies and mash it all together.
I made a bunch of little meatloaf a so they would cook faster. Pour left over tomato sauce on top of the meatloafs and bake at 375 for 30 mins

1 serving wheat grass
1 sliced kiwi
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Blend and enjoy!!!! It's delicious!!!!

Wheat grass? Huh?
Hey everyone!!
So... Today I was educated by Abi about wheat grass! She talked it up SO much I went and bought some! And used it! Ill send an article about the benefits! I bought the frozen cubes of it!
Shake it up!!
2 wheat grass cubes
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 cups of spinach
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 sliced kiwi
5 strawberries
1 cup coconut water

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Shake (w/o the banana!)
Hey everyone!
So as we know bananas have a lot of sugar, natural, but still! I know for me I love to get my sugars from berries! High antioxidants!!!! So here's an excellent yummy shake that will deliver!
Ingredients:
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
Ice
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 tsp of banana extract
1 tbsp of sugar free fat free banana cream pudding (by jell-o)
Add a lil water if needed
Blend and enjoy!!!!
