Here we go when craving pasta:
La Pasta at whole foods (vegan/gluten free)
Marinara sauce- 1.5 cups
1/2 bag of Brussels sprouts
Parmesan cheese
96% lean grass fed angus beef
Cook your beef and make the pasta according to package! Heat your marinara sauce!
Brussels sprouts: take a cookie sheet, layer with tinfoil and spray with oil. Cut sprouts in half flat side laying down. Spray again with oil and season with sea salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese! Bake at 425 for 10-12 mins!
Delicious and super healthy!!!!
