Crazy for chocolate!
1/2 c of oatmeal
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
2 tsp of flaxseed
1 banana
Microwave your oatmeal then add the rest!!!! Yummy!!!
Sunshine melody
1 Chobani tougher (pick your flavor)
1 cup of berries of your choice
1/2 c of oatmeal
Few dashes of cinnamon
2 tsp of flaxseed
1 scoop of protein powder
Mix all together in a bowl n enjoy!
Enjoy!! Never forget breakfast within the first 30 mins you wake up!!
