Here's an awesome satisfying snack!!!
1 brown rice gluten free rice cake
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 sliced banana
Spread the PB on the rice cake and layer with the fruit! Sprinkle some vanilla protein power (just a lil) and cinnamon on top!! Yummylicious!!!!
