I have a healthy recipe to share! I call it "Green Pizza"
1 whole wheat soft Tortilla
Pesto for the 'pizza sauce'
top with broccoli, green peppers, pine nuts, (Pretty much any vegetable, doesn't have to actually be the color green)
Top with a little mozzarella or feta and Bake at 375 till cheese is browning and veggies are done! YUM
Healthy yet delicious- YOU SHOULD TRY IT. See you tonight!
**I would suggest for those of you, like me, who like SPICE to add some red peppers, jalapeños, lil bit of cilantro...YUMMY!!!!!**
