Quick Snack! Crazy for Kiwi!
1 key lime Greek yogurt
1 kiwi
Slice the kiwi and mix in the yogurt! Delightful!
OR
1 nonfat Greek yogurt
1 kiwi
1/4c of blueberries
Drizzle lil honey
Either way! Great protein, no fat, low carb, and great energy source!!
