Here's an awesome satisfying snack!!!
1 brown rice gluten free rice cake
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 sliced banana
Spread the PB on the rice cake and layer with the fruit! Sprinkle some vanilla protein power (just a lil) and cinnamon on top!! Yummylicious!!!!

Green Pizza

1 whole wheat soft Tortilla
Pesto for the 'pizza sauce'
top with broccoli, green peppers, pine nuts, (Pretty much any vegetable, doesn't have to actually be the color green)
Top with a little mozzarella or feta and Bake at 375 till cheese is browning and veggies are done! YUM
Healthy yet delicious- YOU SHOULD TRY IT. See you tonight!
**I would suggest for those of you, like me, who like SPICE to add some red peppers, jalapeños, lil bit of cilantro...YUMMY!!!!!**

A new mix to cinnamon and cayenne pepper!!
You guys I made this and it's absolutely delicious!!! Of course I added chicken! So when the quinoa is setting for the last 5 mins, mix in your chicken! I just sliced 4 breasts VERY thin and little!!
